The coaching process
A coaching session lasts for approximately 1 hour, but I am okay with going over to make sure we have gone through everything. You’ll choose a game you are satisfied to have reviewed, which will be recorded from your POV and uploaded to Youtube. We can discuss in DMS before the coaching what makes a good game for review. Before we delve into the game, we will go over your OPGG and talk about what you feel are your struggles when playing.First I will go over my initial thoughts about the game/what is important to keep in mind about that specific game and how I have reached those conclusions. Afterwards we will watch the laning phase, which I believe to be the most important part of the game. I will go in detail about everything I think you are doing right and wrong, but also emphasize which mistakes were most impactful to the game. I might occasionally ask you why you went for x play, what was on your mind, or how you should have played it differently. The coaching will also cover mid and late game, but because this is a team based game with variables outside of your control, the mid/late coaching part might be more vague and more about concepts, rather than concrete stuff that we will go over in lane.After we have reviewed the game I will go over your most crucial mistakes that had the most impact on the game and elaborate on how playing it differently could lead to a better outcome. I will also give you pointers on what to focus on in your future games. The coaching will be recorded and sent to you.
